For this task, I had intended to work outside but due to being full of cold I decided to take some photos and give myself strict parameters instead. I wanted to work quickly and to stick to 15 minutes per drawinng and to work mostly in charcoal. I also worked on A2 sheets , all with the aim of being more expressive .
I really enjoy working with charcoal and am pleased with the grasses in the foreground. I would have liked to spent longer on this drawing and studied the reflections in the water.
This time , as suggested by my tutor, I tried working mostly with my left hand to try and free up my marks even further, but also used a charcoal pencil in my right hand .
